Adust the dryer temperature to achieve the optimum moisture of Finished products

Fill the Extruder process parameter logsheet report as per the GAVl format

Fill the CLIT checklist on shiftbasis

Enter the data in the SIC boards

if any Powder/Air/ steam leaks found should arrest immediately
|
Ensure the avialability of spareparts and consumbles in the shop floor
|
Ensure the cleaniliness of Equipments & Maintain Extruder Room in good manner
|
discard sample into IM line

Enter the Formulation in PLC SCADA system
|
Verify the formulation in the PLC SCADA system
|
Check the Bin stock report based on that issue RM Request to Dumping supervisor
|
Check and verify the Available floor stocks of RM and premix materials
|
To take trail Run of all machinaries Before start the batching operation
|
Select the bin distributor with respect to RM
|
Do the batching as per the production plan
|
Reconcilate the RM deviation against the set weight of formulation if any deviation found correct it immediately and eliminate batching Errors
|
Monitor the sequence of production operations from RM dumping to FP packing
|
start to run Pregrinder,H.M, all conveying and sieving system one by one the operation will continous throughout the shift
|
