We are currently looking for aProcurement Managerisresponsible for analyzing our current buying systems and creating the best methods for day-to-day purchasing operations. He/She will be responsible for overseeing our purchasing department, establishing Buyer goals based on corporate inventory needs and sales projections for the coming year and setting career objectives for each member of the purchasing team. On the other hand, as a Business Correspondence Manager, he/she will be responsible in composing letters or electronic correspondence in reply to requests for supply/stock, damage claims, credit and other information, or unsatisfactory services of principals.


Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Handles technical concerns of emails, website and inventory system. Serves as system administrator.
2. Attends to emails of clients and suppliers
3. Maintains and prepares bidding documents needed for big clients
4. Attends to emails of foreign suppliers, shipments or anything related to foreign accounts.
5. Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
6. Process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
7. Responsible for managing the Purchase Review team to reach their goals and objectives. Supervise, direct and
motivate subordinate employees individually and as a team.
8. Stay informed of industry and competitor trends.

Requirements

Education: Requires a Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Office Administration,

Communications, Journalism or any related course

Experience: At least 10 years in Business Correspondence/Purchasing Department
Skills & Qualifications: Collaborative and positive attitude, Professional and leadership qualities, Ability to maintain
confidentiality, Planning and organizing skills, Superior attention to detail, Ability to meet
critical deadlines, Proven success in a fast-paced environment
