Campaign Manager (Fintech/Cryptocurrency)

Requirements
3+ years of experience in a campaign manager or similar role
Strong administrative skills, self-organized with excellent time management skills.
Strong Project Management skills
Collaborative: Use strong interpersonal skills to actively listen and communicate to foster trust and show flexibility. Quickly adapt to varied roles on teams from follower to leader. Change the approach or method to best fit the situation.
Self-Directed: Must be able to complete projects with limited supervision. Ability to take ownership and ask for help when needed.
Interested in marketing and project management.
Self-taught, self-motivated, and open to learning.
Responsibilities
Support the marketing team for supporting projects, for these projects, you will be incharge of:
Proper documentation; Clear briefs and tasks to kick off projects
Project timelines - from start to finish
Weekly/daily project report and update to the team
Assisting with campaign execution and other project deliverables when needed.
Creation of each campaign, ensuring briefs are properly filled and align with all expectations of the centralized team.
Ensure notion is up to date for all tasks and projects you are responsible for.
Carry out any other specific/required tasks as advised by the CMO, Marketing Director or PM lead.
Oversee country Marketing projects/activities from the initial brainstorming and research phase, straight through implementation and on to debriefing and reporting.
Manage communication with stakeholders, both internally and externally, ensuring the team has the information and buy-in needed to get the project across the finish line.
Creating project timelines and budgets
Support in the new staff onboarding, orientation and Buddy program.
Identify problems and recommend solutions to marketing managers based on best practices.
Create documents to better improve the company s processes and structure (budget template, sprint planning template, sprint retrospective template).
