Job Description

  1. Media Placement and Promotion: Develop a deep understanding of media placement strategies across various digital platforms including Instagram Facebook TikTok and others.
  2. InputOutput Ratio Awareness: Monitor and optimize advertising budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  3. Social Media Management: Create engaging content and manage social media channels to increase brand exposure drive traffic and foster audience interaction.
  4. Brand Exposure: Implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and awareness through targeted digital marketing campaigns.
  5. Event Operations: Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives around major events to capitalize on relevant trends and increase brand engagement.
  6. Performance Analysis: Analyze key metrics such as engagement rates clickthrough rates and conversion rates to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make datadriven optimizations.
  7. Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams including marketing creative and sales to ensure alignment of digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  8. Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends platform updates and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve campaign performance.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media management and advertising.
  • Indepth knowledge of digital advertising platforms including Facebook Ads Manager Instagram Ads TikTok Ads etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content tailored to different digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for content creation and performance analysis.
