Requirements:-

Proven track record of exceeding sales KPIs and building and maintaining client relationships.

Proficiency in English

Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

Fast learner and passion for sales

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities:-

Work closely with internal business partners to identify critical sourcing needs and fulfill them efficiently, collaborating with local, regional, and global stakeholders to assure a smooth operation.

Strategic Sourcing and preparing the financial/ cost analysis.

100.00% responsible for the P2P process

Timely execution of Orders/Contracts after effective negotiation.

Arranging vendor visits/audits with QA / QC Team.

Contribute to the profitability of the Company ensuring payments are made as per agreed between Internal & External Stakeholders to value the credibility of the Company.

Annual Contract of top consumption product Globally.

Strategic Purchase of commodity products.

Spot Negotiation and annual Contract for Raw Material and Packing Material

Monitoring of stock in days, price variance, commodity material,

Vendor development, vendor identification, credit term increase project, new packing material introduction, transport negotiation, encouraging direct manufacturer
