Tasks

Reviewing the core business processes and information flows

Identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities in terms of automatization, system alignment and efficiency

Assisting business stakeholders in defining acceptance tests for new business processes and systems, and take responsibility for the effective execution of acceptance tests

Representing business stakeholders in mixed projects, ensuring overall company targets are met

Maintaining, testing, and improving core business processes as process owner

Ensuring business processes are well documented and kept up to date

Acting as liaison between business and IT

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in business, economy, or IT with at least 5 years experience in a similar function preferably as Senior Business Process Analyst in the commodity trading, logistics or supply chain industry

Well versed in applying techniques and tools investigating, analyzing, modelling and recording business processes

Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time

Effective communication (in English and German) and leadership skills

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Comfortable with IT terminology and concepts
