Our client an international industrial company specializing in highvalue industrial equipment and based in the Frenchspeaking part of Switzerland has commissioned us to search for an:

Head of Engineering

Tasks

• Operational and strategic leadership of the System Engineering and Sales Support divisions.
• Planning coordinating and managing customerspecific proposals and engineering services.
• Collaborating closely with various divisions and companies within the Food & Packaging sector.
• Ensuring costeffectiveness budget adherence and meeting deadlines.
• Supporting your engineering team in prioritizing key developments and calculations.
• Working with development teams to implement new advancements in projects.
• Analyzing and optimizing operational processes.
• Bridging the gap between diverse teams from different corporate cultures.
• Coaching managers through change processes.

Requirements

• A technical background (FH/ETH in mechanical engineering systems engineering) complemented by business administration training.
• Experience in the systems business.
• Experience in the industrial environment (capital goods) ideally in mechanical or plant engineering.
• Management experience with teams of five to ten employees.
• Strong analytical skills conceptual thinking and a holistic approach.
• A networker with excellent communication skills.
• Passionate teamoriented and entrepreneurial.
• Fluency in French and English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
