Governance Risk & Control Analyst / Coordinator (80%) (8456)

For a project at our client s site (home office possible within Switzerland), a national bank based in Zurich, we are looking for a Governance Risk & Control Analyst / Coordinator.

In this role, you'll act as Operational Risk Analyst and Business Continuity Manager coordinating and overseeing different risk mitigation initiatives.

Tasks

• Acting as Operational Risk and BCM Champion of Technology
• Overseeing and following up on risk mitigation actions and measures
• Supporting administratively the Head Technology Governance with administrative tasks such as oversight and reviews of internal regulations, organization and minutes of the monthly Technology Governance Meetings, etc.
• Overseeing and following up on risk mitigation actions and measures and coordination and support of different initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a similar role within financial services
• Track-record in operational risk, business continuity management, and corporate governance
• Experience in working with different risk, infosec, etc. frameworks and methodologies
• Familiar with Cobit Framework is an advantage
• Very good communications skills with stakeholders across functions and at all hierarchy levels
• Hands-on work attitude and discreet personality
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
