Job Description

- Process customer ticket sales and will call pickups
- Service customer(s) in a friendly and professional manner for in person transactions and phone general information
- Assist customers with ticket purchases and will call using STAPLES Center's ticket software of choice (AXS)
- Assist customers with general STAPLES Center, Nokia Theatre LA Live, and Club Nokia information
- Interact in a professional manner when dealing with various building tenants
- Adhere to all Department Policies and Procedures per Department Manual including Uniform standards
- Additional job duties may be assigned per the Department Managers
- Ensure upkeep of Resort Point of Sale computer equipment
- Distribute will call to customers for various sporting events and concerts
