As a measurement and control engineer, you would:develop and oversee the installation of new equipment. use specialist design software and hardware to create technical specifications. use computer modelling to improve designs and the efficiency of processes.
- develop and oversee the installation of new equipment
- use specialist design software and hardware to create technical specifications
- use computer modelling to improve designs and the efficiency of processes
- produce cost estimates and timescales for the installation of new equipment
- write reports on your findings
- plan and manage maintenance and inspection schedules for engineered equipment
- supervise technicians and other engineers.
