Job Description

  • Open Day/Marketing Event promotions – managing and booking media, creating the marketing emails in HTML, editing video clip for social media promos, updating the website pop up, page, forms, updating the Facebook events, loading database on to the backend, setting up emails
  • Social media – creating and managing a content calendar for all our social media, including producing content such as branded posts and videos, providing reports on which posts perform well, streamlining social media strategy.
  • Social media paid – managing content for all paid social media posts including creating fresh video edits
  • Producing and dispatching all school communication on with graphics aligned to the Dunecrest brand
  • Updating the school website including managing support tickets and any tech support issues
  • Creating posters, booklets, magazines and graphic displays for school walls including managing suppliers and placing orders, overseeing printing and installation processes
  • Executing marketing plans by booking media and liaising with suppliers, managing traffic and ensuring all content reaches suppliers on time
