Ensures that all policies and procedures and guidelines of the hotel are followed.

Attends regular Housekeeping meetings and transmits the matters discussed to all Housekeeping staff with the assistance of Supervisors.

Trains new employee with the assistance of Housekeeping Supervisors and recommends disciplinary actions, dismissals, or promotions, and report all staff grievances to the Executive Housekeeper.

Checks attendance of team members and ensures the team members maintain the highest standard of personal hygiene.

Supervises the Public Area Supervisor on the issue of cleaning supplies and guest supplies to control expenses and consumption.

Spot-check the proper handling. Care. Condition and maintenance of all Housekeeping cleaning, Housekeeping equipment, and machines.
