- Manage customer invoicing for the organization, ensuring all invoices are raised appropriately in Humentum systems with correct customer details, taxes and for the correct Humentum company with 24-hours of request.
- Train all staff to request invoices, as appropriate to their role or to raise invoices correctly in Arlo.
- Check for any invoices issued incorrectly for US Sales tax in Arlo and correct.
- Issue monthly statements for outstanding accounts receivable from the accounting system with 10-days of the month-end.
