- Supervise and guide a small team of monitoring assistants (MA), coordinating their workload, progress, etc. and keeping M&E unit in the Country Office (CO) updated.
- Manage and planning monitoring visits based on MA’s availability to meet the monthly monitoring plan shared by M&E unit.
- Process (activity) monitoring: Ensure timely implementation of process monitoring activities as per CO guidance and targets: on-site distribution and shops monitoring, resilience activities (assets, trainings, etc) monitoring, SBCC activities (trainings, etc) monitoring.
