Supply Planning Analyst

We are seeking a Supply Planning Analyst to support the sales and operations planning this position you will be responsible for leading end-to-end supply planning activities including production scheduling to ensure product availability inventory optimization and operational efficiency across the supply chain. This role oversees planning execution manages supply risks and drives alignment between demand production procurement and logistics teams to support business objectives and customer service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead supply planning processes to ensure timely and accurate product replenishment and availability.
- Develop and manage short-term and long-term supply plans based on demand forecasts and business priorities.
- Monitor inventory performance to achieve optimal stock levels while minimizing excess slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
- Collaborate closely with Demand Planning Procurement Manufacturing Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure smooth supply execution.
- Identify supply risks capacity constraints and material shortages and proactively drive mitigation plans.
- Lead supply review meetings and support the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process.
- Analyze supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and report key KPIs such as service level inventory health forecast accuracy OTIF and fill rate.
- Ensure planning master data accuracy including lead time MOQ safety stock and planning parameters.
- Coach and guide planning team members to improve capability performance and collaboration.
- Drive process standardization and system optimization within supply planning operations.
- Partner with regional/global stakeholders to align supply strategies and operational priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Industrial Engineering Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 58 years of experience in Supply Planning Inventory Planning or Supply Chain Management.
- Previous experience leading a team or managing cross-functional projects is preferred.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP Oracle IBP APO or similar).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and inventory management processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal.

- Experience in FMCG retail or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
