Required Skills
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Handle hiring across IT Non-IT BPO Digital Marketing eCommerce Virtual Assistant Customer Support and Corporate roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce priorities.
Source candidates through LinkedIn Naukri Indeed employee referrals and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes conduct HR interviews and coordinate interview processes.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Manage salary negotiations offer rollouts and candidate onboarding.
Maintain ATS recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
Ensure timely closure of positions while delivering a positive candidate experience.
Meet hiring targets and support workforce planning initiatives.
Requirements:
4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Experience hiring across both IT and Non-IT domains.
Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Naukri Indeed and other job portals.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Excel Google Sheets and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
