Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients government authorities consultants and subcontractors ensuring seamless communication. 2. Precast Production & Technical Oversight Factory & Yard Operations: Manage the output quality and efficiency of the precast manufacturing facility dedicated to this project.
Value Engineering: Review structural drawings and collaborate with engineering teams to optimize precast element designs for cost transportability and ease of erection.
QA/QC Enforcement: Implement rigorous quality control protocols to ensure all precast elements meet strict international standards and project specifications.
3. Site Logistics & Erection Management
Supply Chain & Transport: Coordinate the complex logistics of moving heavy large-scale precast elements from the production yard to the Hedri site safely and efficiently.
Heavy Lifting Operations: Oversee crane setups rigging plans and complex erection sequences ensuring maximum safety and zero downtime. 4. Team Management Safety & Compliance Leadership: Lead mentor and manage a large diverse team of engineers supervisors foremen and HSE personnel.
HSE Culture: Enforce an uncompromising culture of safety on-site and at the production plant ensuring 100% compliance with local and international safety regulations.
Requirements
1820 years of total experience in civil construction with a heavy emphasis on managing massive capital-intensive projects.
A proven portfolio of successfully delivering mega-projects (e.g. massive infrastructure high-rises or sprawling industrial developments) involving complex precast elements.
Strong command of project management software (MS Project Primavera P6) and familiarity with BIM/AutoCAD environments.
Required Skills:
Candidate Profile Education & Experience: B.E. / in Civil Engineering. 610 years of experience in Billing Quantity Surveying (QS) or Planning within the construction industry. Experience in Precast construction is a significant advantage. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Project. Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/custom). Proficiency in MS Excel.
