We are looking for a Plant Operations Executive to oversee daily manufacturing operations ensuring efficient production optimal resource utilisation and adherence to quality safety and operational standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in electro-mechanical manufacturing and strong operational management skills.

• Plan and schedule production activities to meet delivery timelines.
• Manage workforce allocation and monitor productivity.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor production costs and support budget control initiatives.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for plant equipment.
• Ensure compliance with Health Safety and Environment (HSE) standards.
• Generate and maintain MIS reports for production performance and plant operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance.
