Designation: Talent Acquisition Trainee
Location: Ahmedabad On-site
Duration: 3 Months Internship followed by full-time opportunity
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Trainee to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes. This role is ideal for freshers or MBA (HR) students eager to build a career in talent acquisition within a fast-paced IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates via LinkedIn Naukri and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams
- Maintain effective candidate communication and experience
- Support campus hiring and recruitment drives
- Update ATS databases and recruitment trackers
- Learn ATS functions (resume parsing pipeline management etc.)
Requirements:
- MBA (HR) or any graduate with interest in recruitment
- Strong interest in talent acquisition
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job portals (LinkedIn Naukri)
- Basic knowledge of ATS is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented organized and proactive
