Job Summary
HR Manager - Group HR & Compliance
Location: Taloja MIDC Navi Mumbai
Work Type: Full-Time On-site
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Experience: 5-7 years
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations across group companies
Handle factory HR workforce management attendance shifts and employee grievances
Coordinate payroll overtime leave deductions and full & final settlements
Ensure compliance with PF ESIC PT Bonus Gratuity Minimum Wages Factories Act and applicable labour laws
Manage recruitment and manpower planning for workers supervisors staff and management
Handle employee relations disciplinary matters and industrial relations
Coordinate performance management training and employee engagement
Draft review and implement HR policies and SOPs
Prepare HR MIS and support internal/external compliance audits
What Were Looking For :
5-7 years of relevant HR experience
Strong hands-on experience in Factory / Manufacturing HR - mandatory
Strong practical knowledge of Indian Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance - mandatory
Experience handling workers / blue-collar employees and employee relations
Good knowledge of HRMS MS Excel and HR documentation
Graduate in HR / Business Administration / Commerce or relevant discipline
Labour Laws / Industrial Relations qualification will be an advantage
