Position: HR & Industrial Relations Manager
Experience: 712 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations and Industrial Relations at the plant/organisation.
  • Handle employee grievances disciplinary matters and workforce-related issues.
  • Manage relationships with workers unions contractors and employee representatives.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Oversee attendance manpower planning payroll inputs and employee records.
  • Drive recruitment onboarding performance management and employee engagement.
  • Handle labour contractors and contract workforce management.
  • Support negotiations and settlements related to industrial disputes and workforce matters.
  • Maintain HR/IR documentation registers notices and statutory records.
  • Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and practices.
