Project Supervisor Restaurant Projects Location: Kolkata Experience: 38 Years CTC: Up to 12 LPA Industry: Hospitality / Food & Beverage / Restaurants / Retail / Commercial Interiors Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Supervisor to oversee the end-to-end execution of restaurant and hospitality projects. The role involves coordinating with architects contractors consultants vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and as per quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise restaurant and hospitality projects from planning through final handover. Coordinate with architects consultants contractors vendors and internal teams for seamless project execution. Monitor project timelines budgets quality standards and site progress. Oversee restaurant fit-outs commercial kitchen installations electrical plumbing HVAC and FF&E works. Conduct regular site inspections and proactively resolve project-related issues. Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining operational safety and quality standards. Review drawings specifications and project plans to ensure accurate execution. Manage vendor and contractor performance to achieve project objectives. Prepare project reports progress updates and site documentation. Requirements Candidate Profile Diploma or Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering Architecture Interior Design Construction Management or a related field. 38 years of experience in project execution site supervision interior fit-outs or restaurant/hospitality projects. Strong understanding of restaurant fit-outs commercial interiors MEP works and kitchen installations. Excellent coordination communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
