Job Role Overview:
We are hiring Machine Operators Machine Operator Assistants Casting Anodizing Furnace Operators and Production Associates for a leading aluminium manufacturing plant. This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who are looking to build a career in the manufacturing industry. Candidates will be responsible for operating machines assisting in production activities maintaining quality standards and following all safety procedures while working in a rotational shift environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and assist in machine production activities.
Perform assigned manufacturing processes such as Machine Operation Casting Anodizing or Furnace operations.
Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Maintain production quality and achieve daily production targets.
Inspect products and report any machine faults or quality issues.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Work effectively with the production team to ensure smooth operations.
*In-hand salary is after applicable deductions (PF ESIC accommodation food and transport).
Shift & Working Hours:
12-Hour Rotational Shifts
6 Days Working
1 Rotational Weekly Off
400 Monthly Attendance Bonus
