The ideal candidate should have experience in commercial leasing tenant acquisition lease negotiations and market analysis preferably within shopping malls or retail real estate. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets. Identify and acquire prospective retail brands and tenants. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants. Negotiate lease agreements and commercial terms. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify leasing opportunities. Coordinate property presentations and site visits for potential tenants. Collaborate with Marketing to support promotional and tenant engagement initiatives. Monitor leasing performance and prepare periodic MIS and reports. Ensure lease documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements. Stay updated on retail trends and market developments. Preferred Industry Shopping Malls Commercial Real Estate Retail Leasing Property Management Retail Developmen Requirements Commercial Leasing & Tenant Acquisition Lease Negotiation & Documentation Tenant Relationship Management Market Research & Competitor Analysis Financial & Lease Analysis Microsoft Excel Word & PowerPoint Leasing/Property Management Software Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills Preferred Candidate Profile MBA or equivalent qualification. 35 years of experience in commercial or retail leasing. Experience in shopping mall leasing is highly preferred. Strong network with retail brands and commercial tenants will be an advantage. Good understanding of real estate regulations and retail market dynamics.
