We are seeking an experienced Firmware Technical Lead to drive the design development and delivery of embedded firmware solutions for power electronics and control system applications. The role involves leading firmware development teams defining software architecture developing control algorithms and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in embedded C/C RTOS-based systems motor control power conversion technologies and embedded software architecture.
2. Key Responsibilities- Lead firmware development projects from concept through production release.
- Define firmware architecture coding standards and software development processes.
- Develop and maintain embedded firmware using C/C for microcontrollers and embedded processors.
- Design and implement RTOS-based applications and embedded control systems.
- Develop power electronics control algorithms for converters inverters and motor drives.
- Review firmware design source code and validation plans.
- Collaborate with hardware power electronics mechanical and application engineering teams.
- Debug complex hardware-software integration and system-level issues.
- Participate in technical reviews requirement analysis and product planning activities.
- Support product validation certification testing and production release activities.
- Manage project schedules resource planning risk mitigation and technical execution.
- Mentor firmware engineers and provide technical guidance to development teams.
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics Engineering Power Electronics Embedded Systems or related disciplines.
- 15 20 years of experience in embedded firmware development.
- Proven experience leading embedded software development teams.
- Strong background in power electronics motor control and industrial embedded systems.
