We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead Engineer – Security with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM/SOAR) and Microsoft Defender Suite to lead enterprise security Solutioning implementation in On-Premises hybrid and Azure environments.

Detailed Roles and responsibilities:

The successfulcandidate will:

• Lead the end-to-end technical implementation of Microsoft Security solutions for SMB customers.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact during security deployments.
• Own end-to-end security project delivery including planning execution and governance.
• Provide hands-on expertise in Microsoft Defender Suite Sentinel (SIEM/SOAR) Purview and Entra ID.
• Design implement and maintain security solutions for both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Develop security architecture and ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
• Identify and assess potential security risks and vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate countermeasures.
• Conduct security assessments and gaps to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies and recommend Azure Security solutions.
• Develop and implement incident response procedures and participate in security incident response activities.
• Keep up to date with emerging security threats and trends and recommend appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate security issues and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Customer Demo on solutions implemented. Implement campaigns for phased migrations.
• Mentor and support junior engineers during project execution

Skills required to contribute:

• A minimum 7 years of experience in the field of Azure Security solutioning & leading the implantation end to end.
• Microsoft Security product family relevant certifications
• Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Defender Suite and Microsoft Sentinel
• Exposure to workplace automation analytics end user experience monitoring and management.
• Self-starter motivated independent and self-sufficient. Able to perform assigned tasks and see it through to completion with minimal supervision.
• Must be well organized a good communicator able to effectively prioritize tasks and manage projects from concept to production.
• Must be able to write thorough and concise functional and design specifications as well as easily readable end user documentation.
• Must be able to brainstorm with others thrive in a collaborative team environment multitask and quickly adapt to change.
• Good Knowledge in Cloud Security Identity and Access Management Information Protection and Governance Threat Protection

Optional Certification: MS-500 & AZ-500 and any one of the below SC-100 SC-200 SC-300 SC-400
