Job Summary

To supervise and manage Ocean Export operations ensuring efficient shipment execution operational excellence customer satisfaction compliance and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day Ocean Export operations and ensure timely shipment execution.
• Handle operational escalations and resolve customer overseas office and internal team queries.
• Manage RFQs pricing activities and support shipment planning for key and global accounts.
• Coordinate with carriers NVOCCs transporters CHAs CFS operators and other vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Guide and support the team on export documentation compliance filings and operational procedures.
• Monitor KPIs conduct file reviews and ensure timely closure of operational activities.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Conduct regular customer carrier warehouse and customs-related visits to strengthen operational effectiveness.
• Support budget reviews profitability monitoring risk management safety compliance and facility audits.
• Collaborate with Sales KAM and overseas offices to ensure service excellence and business growth.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in Logistics Supply Chain Business Administration or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in Ocean Export Operations within the freight forwarding/logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation carrier management customs procedures and international freight operations.
