Job Summary

Summary:
As a CRM Executive (Account Mining & Fulfillment) at 2Coms Consulting you will play a pivotal role in strengthening client relationships and driving recruitment success within our IT/ITES/BPS lateral hiring team. Based in Sector V Salt Lake Kolkata you will act as the strategic link between client demand and our talent delivery pipeline. Your expertise in account mining requirement forecasting and client engagement will ensure that no opportunity is missed while your proactive approach will keep dormant accounts active and fully leveraged. This role is critical to maximizing client utilization and maintaining 2Coms reputation as a trusted partner in human supply chain management.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular structured calls with existing Hiring Managers to identify and capture new recruitment requirements and forecast future hiring needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client coordinators fostering strong service-oriented relationships to position 2Coms as the preferred recruitment partner.
  • Ensure all job descriptions are complete accurately documented in the CRM and fully prepared for the delivery team.
  • Monitor client utilization and identify dormant accounts implementing targeted engagement strategies to re-activate underutilized relationships.
  • Collect analyze and relay interview feedback to the delivery team to enhance candidate conversion rates and streamline the hiring process.

  • Proven experience in client-facing roles with a focus on account management/business development/Sales/Tele-calling/Inside Sales
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional and empathetic demeanor.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple client interactions and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and a results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced target-oriented environment.
