Job Summary
Charted Accountant profiles with 3-4 years of post-qualification of experience
- Strong understanding of CASS (Client Assets Sourcebook) regulations with experience in CASS oversight operational risk financial controls or a similar governance function within financial services.
- Perform daily CASS oversight activities including reviewing reconciliations investigating exceptions monitoring controls and producing Management Information (MI) report
- Support and conduct CASS thematic reviews by assessing the design and effectiveness of key CASS processes identifying risks and recommending control improvements.
- Prepare governance reports monthly updates and present key findings to senior stakeholders while collaborating with operational governance and technical teams to meet regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills with a proactive approach to driving continuous improvement in the CASS control environment.
