Position: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: 2 years of post-qualification experience
Salary: Based on interview and candidate experience
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Gulabai tekra Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review Restated Financial Statements (RFS) in accordance with applicable regulatory and reporting requirements.
  • Prepare review and analyze financial statements schedules notes and supporting documentation.
  • Handle financial reporting and ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
  • Conduct or assist in statutory audits of listed companies.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards taxation laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle and review Direct Tax and GST-related matters.
  • Coordinate with auditors consultants clients and other stakeholders during audits and financial reviews.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving accounting audit taxation and compliance-related issues.
  • Review accounting records and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information.
  • Support clients in meeting statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Stay updated with changes in Ind AS taxation laws GST regulations Companies Act requirements and other applicable regulations.
  • Provide analytical and professional inputs on accounting audit and financial reporting matters.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Practical experience in preparing and reviewing Restated Financial Statements (RFS).
  • Prior experience in statutory audits of listed companies is essential.
  • Strong knowledge and practical application of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
  • Good understanding of Direct Tax and Indirect Tax (GST).
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Candidates with experience in listed company audits IPO-related assignments RFS preparation or financial reporting will be preferred.
  • Strong practical exposure to Ind AS and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to independently handle assignments and coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Professional responsible and detail-oriented approach to work.
