Job Summary
In this Role You Will Focus On:
- Build long-term customer partnerships through trust and delivery excellence.
- Planning and managing endtoend project lifecycle from initiation to closure
- Defining project scope objectives timelines milestones and deliverables
- Coordinating with internal teams vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- Managing budgets resource allocation and cost control (EAC management)
- Identifying project risks and dependencies and implementing mitigation plans
- Tracking project progress using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Ensuring timely communication through status reports dashboards and meetings
- Managing change requests and ensuring proper documentation and approvalsEnsuring adherence to organizational standards processes and compliance requirements.

ForThisRoleYouWill Need:
- Bachelors degree in engineering (Instrumentation Electrical Electronics or related discipline)
- 15 years of experience managing medium to largescale control system projects
- Strong understanding of industrial automation control systems and project execution methodologies (project management methodologies and best practices)
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office applications
- Proven ability to manage project scope schedule cost and risk & stockholder management
- Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
PMP MBA certification
- Experience managing crossfunctional or global teams
- Exposure to Oil & Gas Power Chemicals Life Sciences or Process Industries
- Proven working experience in project management of Distributed Control Systems (DCS)/Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) /Emergency Shutdown System (ESD) systems.
- Strong presentation and leadership skills
- Strong commercial acumen and experience handling contracts and change management
