Assistant Manager Manager Project Management

In this Role You Will Focus On:

• Build long-term customer partnerships through trust and delivery excellence.
• Planning and managing endtoend project lifecycle from initiation to closure
• Defining project scope objectives timelines milestones and deliverables
• Coordinating with internal teams vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
• Managing budgets resource allocation and cost control (EAC management)
• Identifying project risks and dependencies and implementing mitigation plans
• Tracking project progress using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Ensuring timely communication through status reports dashboards and meetings
• Managing change requests and ensuring proper documentation and approvalsEnsuring adherence to organizational standards processes and compliance requirements.

ForThisRoleYouWill Need:

• Bachelors degree in engineering (Instrumentation Electrical Electronics or related discipline)
• 15 years of experience managing medium to largescale control system projects
• Strong understanding of industrial automation control systems and project execution methodologies (project management methodologies and best practices)
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office applications
• Proven ability to manage project scope schedule cost and risk & stockholder management
• Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

PMP MBA certification

• Experience managing crossfunctional or global teams
• Exposure to Oil & Gas Power Chemicals Life Sciences or Process Industries
• Proven working experience in project management of Distributed Control Systems (DCS)/Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) /Emergency Shutdown System (ESD) systems.
• Strong presentation and leadership skills
• Strong commercial acumen and experience handling contracts and change management
