We are building a new department focused on delivering digital andAI-driven initiatives across NNE that will shape the future of how we designand deliver pharmaceutical facilities.

As Project Manager you will play a key role in turning strategy intoexecution driving projects that strengthen how we design build and deliverpharmaceutical facilities.

We do not expect you to know it all as we ourselvesneed to develop and be open-minded to constantly find the right solutions. Main Roles & Responsibilities:

As Project Manager youll be working with a highly skilleddelivery-oriented team that will drive multi-disciplinary projects where yourdaily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage a portfolio of projects that are directly linked to NNE management strategic enablers
• Establish clear governance reporting and communication structures towards the teams delivering within the portfolio.
• Act as the key interface between business stakeholders engineering disciplines and IT developers ensuring alignment between business needs engineering workflows and technical solutions.
• Contribute to developing standards templates and best practices within your department.
• Support scaling of solutions across projects and departments in close collaboration with IT and supporting the good collaboration with colleagues in Denmark.

Education and Work Experience

In all positions there are some things that areneeded and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for youto do well in this role:

• A relevant higher education within engineering IT/computer science/data science/software engineer or similar (e.g. . engineering IT or related field)
• Minimum 6 years of proven experience driving complex projects as project manager including a strong understanding of project execution and agile principles
• Experience working with digital solutions data or AI-related initiatives
• You speak and write English fluently
• Experience from pharmaceutical (GMP) and/or engineering companies is a plus
