Analytics Lead / AI Domain LeadC2

8 years in applied ML/AI in financial services or wealth management. Hands-on experience building agentic or multi-model AI frameworks. XGBoost / LightGBM / SHAP explainability. GCP Vertex AI BigQuery ML Feature Store. Strong stakeholder management - can present to C-suite and MRM committees. Experience with MAS regulatory context or equivalent APAC regulator preferred.
