Requirements
Experience: 10 years in QA/testing with 4 years leading QA across distributed teams/pods.
Strategy: Authored master test plans and quality gates on contract-governed deliveries.
Automation: Hands-on automation framework design UI (Selenium/Playwright) and API layers.
Governance: Formal defect management metrics and release sign-off ownership.
Mentorship: Experience directing and mentoring QA engineers embedded across multiple teams.
Domain: QA leadership in regulated or high-assurance environments.
Qualifications and certifications
Education and credentials that support this role.
Bachelors degree in engineering or related field.
ISTQB Advanced preferred.
Nice to have
Bonus strengths not required but valued.
ISTQB Advanced/Expert certification.
Data-migration/ETL testing coordination exposure.
Government UAT facilitation experience.
