Job Description:
The role
This position is to contribute thebelowactivities to the Customer Service Teamof Revenue Collection System(RCS)which is now servingmajor transport operators of Hong activitiesinclude and not limited to:repair and maintenance technical investigationproblem resolution training work instructionandprocess improvement.
Responsibilities
Perform workshop maintenance activities which include trouble shooting repairing testing and reporting
Investigate technical problems and provide solutions
Training oftechniciansand junior technicians
Development and revision of Work Instruction
Improve the process of workshop activities
Requirements
Degree/Higher Diploma in Engineering (Computer Electronics Electrical Mechanical)
Electronics repair down to component level
Computer system and network switch set up and configuration
Good leadership skills with teamwork experiences
Good communication skill and service attitude
Good command of Cantonese and English
