Responsibilities:
- Lead a sizable Shipping team in delivering of daily billed orders to both local and oversea customers.
- Communicate closely with freight forwarder and local delivery agents regarding shipping activities.
- Analysis the data and provide reporting for management.
- Support ad hoc project as assigned.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder.
- 8 years of experience of which at least 2 years in supervising sizable team.
- Experience in electronics/distribution industry and/or multinational company preferred.
- Able to work under pressure to handle high volume of shipments.
- Good knowledge in I/E procedure and regulation and L/C document handling.
- Familiar with trade declaration air ocean and cross border trucking shipping procedure.
- Strategic thinking in terms of business orientation and customers insights.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English Cantonese and Mandarin.
