Job Summary
Mid-Senior Front Office Developers to build and enhance high-performance trading systems. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex technical challenges designing scalable systems and working in a fast-paced low-latency environment.
Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain high-performance backend applications using Rust and/or C.
- Build scalable reliable and low-latency systems that support front office trading activities.
- Participate in system architecture technical design and component ownership throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Optimize application performance latency and resource utilization.
- Collaborate closely with traders quantitative researchers and engineering teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system stability and reliability.
- Contribute to code reviews technical discussions and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related discipline.
- 48 years of software engineering experience in a fast-paced high-performance environment.
- Strong programming experience in Rust and/or C.
- Hands-on experience building low-latency or high-performance systems.
- Strong understanding of system design software architecture concurrency and performance optimization.
- Demonstrated ownership of key system components or technical initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Stable career history with consistent technical growth.
Nice to Have
- Experience in electronic trading capital markets fintech or financial services.
- Exposure to C or Zig.
- Familiarity with Linux multithreading networking and distributed systems.
