Responsibilities:
- Monitorthe 3rd party mobile phone refurbishment center located in Kwai Chung
- Provide operation support such as spare part back order daily monitoring to ensure the RB Center smooth operate.
- Control the RB Center spare parts inventory in an acceptable level and to manage the expensive spare part (i.e. PBA/ LCD) usage rate.
- Conduct used spare parts collection and return to factory.
- Handling enquires on the RB process/status/figures/issue from all relate parties.
- University graduate
- Solid experience and knowledge services operations prefer in telecom or consumer electronics industry
- Minimum 5 years working related experience of which 2 years in managerial level
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English Cantonese and Putonghua
