This role focuses on executing leasing strategies managing tenant relationships and maximizing occupancy and rental income while maintaining a strong market presence in a competitive office sector.

Leasing Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement leasing strategies aligned with asset management objectives
• Achieve occupancy and rental income targets for assigned office portfolio
• Conduct market research to recommend positioning tenant mix and pricing strategies
• Monitor market trends supply pipeline and competitor activities in Hong Kong office market

Tenant Acquisition & Negotiation

• Identify and target prospective tenants through direct outreach and broker relationships
• Handle lease negotiations and structure deals to optimize long-term asset value and income stability
• Prepare leasing proposals and business cases

Agency & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents corporate clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with property management services and technical team on leasing matters

Tenant Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to support retention and renewals
• Manage lease expiry schedules and proactively drive renewal negotiations
• Handle tenant feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance tenant experience

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Real Estate Business Administration Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years experience in office leasing / commercial real estate in Hong Kong
• Proven track record in leasing office buildings (landlord side preferred)
• Strong understanding of Hong Kong leasing practices tenancy agreements and market dynamics
