Head of Human Resources
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for talent management such as recruitment talent acquisition and development performance evaluation etc.
- Design and coordinate various training programs
- Support in developing corporate plans in compensations and benefits
- Oversee all HR initiatives systems and tactics
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of solid Human Resources experience of which 8 years or more in managerial level
- Knowledge of Hong Kong Labour Ordinance is a must
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both written and verbal English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
- Experienced in dealing with Senior Management is preferable
- Familiar with London Labour Ordinance is a definite advantage
