Job Description
- Design develop and support a strategic financing platform within an investment banking environment.
- Build scalable backend services using Java Spring Boot and Microservices with frontend development using typescript and javascriptframeworks.
- Work closely with traders product teams and global stakeholders to deliver high-quality latency-sensitive solutions.
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in system design code reviews testing deployment production support and continuous improvement.
- Monitor production systems troubleshoot issues and help improve platform reliability and performance.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 yrs of experience in software development/programming.
- Strong experience with Java Spring Boot and Microservices.
- Hands-on experience with Angular or React.
- Experience in investment banking or capital markets preferably supporting Equities FICC (Fixed Income Currencies & Commodities) or Financing platforms.
- Good understanding of REST APIs SQL and distributed systems.
- Strong problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills.
