Clerical Assistant in Morrison Hall (Ref.: 537098) (to commence as soon as possible on 1-year temporary basis or 2-year fixed-term basis with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance. Appointment on fixed-term basis will be offered a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary.)

Applicants should have 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007) OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language preferably with 1-2 years relevant work experience. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua) excellent IT knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (including Word Excel and PowerPoint). They should also possess good communication and interpersonal skills the ability to work independently and in a team be attentive to details a strong sense of responsibility as well as the ability to work under pressure.

The appointee will provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to the office assist with students move-in/move-out maintenance and housekeeping concerns; and perform any other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview.
