Job Summary

Our client is a leading High-tech Electronics Consumer Product Company.

Call Centre Associate (1-year renewable contract)

Responsibilities:

Coordinate B2B customer service orders and arrange on-site support
Handle customer claims and suggestions
Work with in-house engineers and appointed service partner to provide professional service to customers
Manage Channels / Shops repairing and installation service orders.

Requirements:

Diploma or above or equivalent qualifications
Experience in customer service or related sector is preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proactive self-motivated and service-oriented
Proficient in MS Office
Good command of written and spoken English Chinese and Mandarin
