Our client is a premier digital infrastructure and data center EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction) enterprise. With a powerful global project delivery footprint and an established domestic presence they specialize in cutting-edge data center construction and intelligent system support the development of their Hong Kong business while elevate its administrative capabilities they are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to anchor local office operations establish localized management systems and bridge communications with the headquarters.

Responsibilities
  • Office Operations: Oversee daily administrative workflows including facility maintenance procurement and vendor logistics to ensure a seamless workplace.
  • Clerical and Document Management: Handle data entry filing meeting minutes and report drafting to set up a standardized document management system.
  • Front Desk and Liaison: Manage incoming inquiries welcome visitors and act as the primary contact for property management and local service providers.
  • Financial Support: Assist with basic accounting tasks expense reimbursements and bank bookkeeping while aligning closely with the HQ finance team.
  • Team Coordination: Support field tasks (bank runs document submissions) internal event organization and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in Hong Kong without visa sponsorship.
  • Education: Bachelors degree or above (Administration HR or related fields preferred).
  • Experience: 1 year of office administration experience. Experience in new office setups or localization is a major plus! Outstanding fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; professional working proficiency in written Chinese and daily office English.
  • Core Competencies: Detail-oriented organized and highly proactive with strong communication and cross-team execution skills.
