Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for ensuring efficient restaurant operations maintaining high production productivity quality and customer-service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Manage restaurant staff including scheduling performance and training.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and promptly.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales.
- Prepare financial reports and manage budgets and expenses.
- Ensure the restaurant environment is clean safe and welcoming.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and communicate company goals.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum of HND or bachelors degree in hospitality management or related field.
- 2 years of experience in a managerial position in food service or hospitality.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
