Responsibilities:

  • Have strong experience in hospitality hotels apartments restaurants lounges clubs or entertainment venues.
  • Be highly organized proactive and able to solve problems quickly.
  • Have excellent leadership skills and know how to build train motivate and discipline a team.
  • Be passionate about cleanliness maintenance and presentation ensuring the entire property is always in excellent condition.
  • Ensure all facilities equipment furniture lighting sound systems and guest areas are properly maintained and up to standard.
  • Ensure staff are well-groomed professionally dressed respectful punctual and deliver excellent customer service at all times.
  • Oversee smooth and accurate check-in and check-out procedures for apartment guests.
  • Maintain high standards in the restaurant by ensuring food quality presentation hygiene and service are consistently excellent.
  • Ensure the bar is fully stocked drinks are prepared correctly and stock is properly controlled to minimize losses.
  • Maintain proper inventory and cost control across all departments.
  • Create systems and procedures that improve efficiency and accountability.
  • Be financially disciplined and capable of meeting agreed monthly revenue and profit targets.
  • Analyze business performance and continuously introduce strategies to increase occupancy restaurant sales bar sales and event bookings.
  • Have strong marketing and networking skills knowing how to attract guests corporate clients influencers and event organizers.
  • Be creative enough to organize exciting weekly and monthly events that consistently pull large crowds and increase revenue.
  • Have a strong understanding of the local market and know the streetssomeone who knows how to make things happen build relationships and drive traffic to the business.
  • Be comfortable working under pressure and willing to go the extra mile to achieve results.
  • Have integrity honesty and accountability in handling company funds assets and operations.
  • Be technology-savvy and able to use hotel/property management systems booking platforms social media and reporting tools.
  • Submit accurate daily weekly and monthly operational and financial reports.
