Position Summary
The Brand Manager is responsible for planning developing and executing brand strategies that strengthen brand awareness customer engagement and market positioning. This role works closely with the Head of Brand Management and collaborates across marketing creative sales influencer marketing and client success teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on project management and has a passion for building brands that connect with audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Execution
Execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
Maintain consistent brand identity across all channels.
Support the development of brand positioning and messaging.
Manage brand campaigns from planning through execution.
Ensure all customer touchpoints reflect KeyMiks brand standards.
Client Brand Management
Support branding projects for agency clients by:
Assisting with brand discovery sessions.
Conducting market and competitor research.
Developing brand messaging and positioning.
Coordinating rebranding initiatives.
Managing brand implementation across marketing channels.
Ensuring brand consistency across client campaigns.
Campaign & Content Management
Coordinate branded marketing campaigns.
Review marketing materials for brand compliance.
Collaborate with designers copywriters and content creators.
Help develop case studies presentations and sales collateral.
Manage content calendars for brand initiatives.
Brand Monitoring & Research
Monitor brand performance and reputation.
Track customer feedback and market trends.
Analyze competitor activity.
Identify opportunities to improve brand perception and engagement.
Recommend enhancements based on data and customer insights.

Requirements
Required
Bachelors degree in Marketing Branding Communications Business or a related field.
6 years of experience in brand management marketing or communications.
Strong understanding of branding principles and digital marketing.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Experience working with creative teams and marketing campaigns.
Preferred
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Branding Communications Business or a related field. 6 years of experience in brand management marketing or communications. Strong understanding of branding principles and digital marketing. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Experience working with creative teams and marketing campaigns. Preferred Experience in a marketing or branding agency. Familiarity with influencer marketing and creator partnerships.
