Job Summary

They operate with structured systems including document control daily reporting cost tracking and WHS processes ensuring a professional and well-organised delivery environment.
Projects range from $1M to $15M with current focus on high-end residential builds in Brisbanes inner and eastern suburbs.
Day to day you will be responsible for:
- Managing site operations across bespoke residential builds ensuring programs and quality standards are met
- Coordinating subcontractors and trades sequencing works and resolving on-site issues
- Overseeing site safety SWMS compliance inductions and documentation
- Monitoring progress against schedules and assisting with basic cost tracking/reporting
- Working closely with the Project Manager and office team to maintain clear communication
This role suits an experienced Site Supervisor or Foreman or a leading hand / trade background professional ready to step into a supervisory position within a structured high-quality build environment.
