About the Role

Play your part in delivering one of WAs largest infrastructure projects. As a Civil Supervisor on the Tonkin Extension Alliance youll lead site crews and subcontractors to safely deliver civil works while maintaining high standards of safety quality and productivity.

Working closely with Project Engineers Superintendents and the broader project team youll coordinate day-to-day site activities manage multiple work fronts and help ensure works are delivered on time and to plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise site crews and subcontractors to deliver project outcomes.
• Coordinate daily construction activities to ensure safe and efficient delivery of works.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements.
• Monitor productivity programme performance and project milestones.
• Manage subcontractors and site interfaces across multiple work fronts.
• Build strong relationships with clients subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Support planning reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor team members and promote Georgious values and culture.

Your Skills and Experience

• Previous supervisory experience leading site teams and subcontractors on construction projects.
• Strong commitment to safety quality and delivering project outcomes.
• Ability to coordinate multiple work fronts and manage day-to-day site activities.
• Proven leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering civil infrastructure or similar project works would be beneficial.
