Sales Development Representative High Growth Ventures
Job Summary
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will engage and qualify leads generate pipeline and act as the key link between Marketing Business Development and Portfolio teams. Success is measured by lead quality progression and pipeline impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own inbound leads end-to-end from first contact through to qualification or disqualification ensuring timely follow-up and strong alignment to ICP
- Generate pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting (phone email LinkedIn) across priority segments and campaigns
- Qualify opportunities using a combination of structured criteria human judgement and AI tools to ensure high-quality progression
- Book high-quality meetings for sales teams applying strict qualification standards and confirming details to minimise no-shows
- Act as a quality gatekeeper across the funnel protecting calendars and improving conversion rates through disciplined lead management
- Partner closely with Marketing Business Development and Portfolio teams to execute campaigns align on priorities and provide feedback on lead quality
- Track activity and outcomes sharing insights to continuously improve targeting messaging and qualification approach
